ABOUT US

We are husband and wife duo Bill Wiemuth and Laura Sable. For the past two decades we have been honored to enhance the experience of thousands of cruise travelers along the Mississippi River. We are passionate about the stories, music, culture, and attractions of this diverse part of America. We consider ourselves the last of the "showboat" entertainers and strive to keep the spirit of that bygone era alive.

We have published and produced an array of paperback books, ebooks, audiobooks, and video presentations available at www.HistoryHighlights.com. We have appeared as historical lecturers, naturalists, and entertainers aboard hundreds of small ship cruises. Let us share with you a fascination for the Mighty Mississippi.

We look forward to sharing with you this journey of discovery.
